Laura Randall is the author of
60 Hikes within 60 Miles: Los Angeles and Day & Overnight Hikes: Palm Springs. A resident of Los Angeles for 11 years, she has written about southern California for Sunset magazine, the Los Angeles Times, the Washington Post, the New York Times, Budget Living, and other publications. Her most recent book, Peaceful Places: Los Angeles, was published in July 2010 by Menasha Ridge Press.
